Yoga at CCC with Susan Koleas

Join us at the CCC in the classroom for gentle yoga-- a slow, mindful flow and time for meditation at the beginning and end. Dress in comfortable clothing, bring your mat, a blanket and a small towel to toss over your eyes in Savasana and a water bottle.
Free to CCC Members / $10 for Non-Members
**All students, members and non-members must register online by 1 pm on the Friday before class.
Susan Koleas is a Cedarburg resident, CCC member and 500-hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga since 2005. Her approach is inclusive, compassionate and heart-centered. Her intention is for each person to conclude their practice feeling a little bit more like their best selves.
