Luminous Oil Painting with Jody Reid 
Friday, April 11:  9:30 am-3:30 pm 
In this workshop we will take a deep dive into translucent oil painting with Jody as she guides us through her art process using one of her paintings as a reference. First, Jody will provide an in-depth demonstration on how she approaches the canvas, including step-by-step use of brush strokes, color and creation of depth in the painting by adding shadows and light. Next, there will be plenty of studio time for students to paint with one-on-one time with Jody. Students should bring a snack or bag lunch. See below for recommended supply list.
