* WALKING TOURS OF

NATIONAL HISTORIC
DISTRICT *
By appointment only, these group walking
tours feature an indepth look into
the German & Irish heritage of Cedarburg's
early settlers. Learn why Cedarburg has
one of the largest collections of stone buildings
remaining in the United States and how
historic preservation saved this
unique little city for future generations.

* LIVING LEGACY SERIES *
Developed to fill the demand for historic
programming in the area, the Cultural
Center's Kuhefuss House Committee
created the Living Legacy Series of
workshops, demonstrations
and classes for children and adults.
* Now beginning its fifth year, this
popular series has presented topics
such as historic gardening, spinning
and weaving, felted mitten classes,
reenactments by the Lamplighter
Society, turn-of-the-century Christmas
celebrations and much more.
* FIRESIDE CHAT SERIES *
*This year the Fireside Chat series will
complete it's 18th, 19th, and 20th chats.
This valuable series has captured an oral
history of life in small town Cedarburg, WI
and has featured topics from holiday
celebrations, to social gatherings,
religion and more.
Each chat features a panel of longtime
area residents who reminisce about life
in the early 20th Century.
